19 inches from broad part if armpit to armpit. underneath armpits, the circumference is 40 inches. stretchy. I wore it as a size 10 to 12. It can definitely be worn bigger than that and even smaller(just might be baggier)

27.5 inches long. goes over torso but not as long as kneecaps.
