Ugly Christmas hat

You’ve heard of the ugly Christmas sweaters, but this is next level! 😂 Such a great hat- bought for a Christmas party, then packed it up and forgot about it. Real tinsel and itty bitty Christmas lights on the front. Pom on the top, but the inside is not lined. NWT, never been worn! //A//
