jenjager615 @heysler12 call 1800-275-8777 and ask them, I don't take it to the post office, I drop it off at pony mailbox a local place that packs it for you. Their address is on the receipt. The phone number also. Call usps and tell them what time it was dropped off and ask them what that means.

jenjager615 @heysler12 it's just crazy because I've never had a problem, and always ship from that place, i had to pay extra for shipping because I put something else in there for you and got insurance. I'm going to call the place that shipped it. Most likely where I dropped off at 5pm it wasn't picked up by the carrier until today..
