@jackie_meng Good morning! I honestly don't remember what year I purchased these in, sorry. I'm sure they have sat, un-worn in my closet for the last couple of yrs though. As far as the insoles, like any uggs, the shearling does mold to the foot so of course they are flattened. Luckily, with uggs they do sell insoles for them when needed.
