liquidbluea hi are these true to size my niece is at 8 1/2 should I get an 8 or look for a 9

melzbeautybox @liquidbluea My daughter wears a 71/2 wide. I thought these would fit but were too tight on her. I would think if she had a normal sized 8 1/2 foot, she could wear with thin socks (not wool or thick cotton). ? If she has a wide width foot, I would go with a 9.
