kaycee921 @pepsicat hello.. I am sorry I somehow missed you asking this awhile ago! Not sure how I missed it but the apx measurements are as follows: Pit to pit: 37 inches Length of arm from top seam to bottom of cuff: 26.5 inches Length of coat from top of shoulder to hem: 38.5 inches. The collar is just a "fluffed" shearling, while the inside is typical as you'd see in Ugg boots. And yes, in my opinion, this would fit a petite 2-4 perfectly well.
