Just received these cozy boots for Christmas, however, they just don't fit how I need them to. I am usually a size 8.5 and I believe I saw a review somewhere that said to go up one size. But I do not believe that is the case, these were a touch loose, but need to feel snug since they have a platform. So if you are truly a size 9, these are perfect for you! They are so soft and cozy. I wore these 2x, so there are a few tiny imperfections, but they are basically like new. You can see from the images. I also have the Ugg box and tissue paper still which I will send them to you in.
