The fabric is gathered along the sides of the buttons and has a croched lace trim. The sleeve cuffs button. The fabric content of this dress is in Japaneese. I feel it is likely made of polyester and mettalic fibers. The mettallic fibers in this dress give it sparkle. This dress is a great standout to the normal little black dress.
