@sugarspice131 Hello! Volcano Agate is UV reactive, so the last photos show the carving under UV light which is about the same as a black light.

@earthtreasures Ok. So I guess what I'm trying to figure out is, if I keep it near a window during the day, will it glow by the evening? Or do I specifically need to use a black light?

@sugarspice131 Ah, ok, no, to get the UV reaction, you would have to have it under a UV light.

@earthtreasures Gotcha. Okay. I prefer the glowing version of it to the "darker" version. So I would have to hang a light over it and keep it lit in order to get the glowing effect? I just want to make sure I understand.

@sugarspice131 Right, that is correct. I will say that it is very pretty when "not glowing", the dark sections are a dark blue color. But, to get the "glow", you would have to have it under a UV light.
