USS Uvalde AKA-88 Hat Excellent Condition

This hat is in excellent used condition. No sign of wear. Comes with a removeable pin of the same name, with the rank of Chief Petty Officer (could be Master Chief but the two stars are not part of the shield). Item is cross posted.
