erockarita @123cookie there is tracking for proof of package pickup but no information of where the shoes are! 😕. I'll call tomorrow and try to find the package or file a claim. SO SORRY this happened.

erockarita @123cookie I contacted the local post office today showing proof of pickup and they are unable to locate package even with tracking number. He is to call me back in 2 days with information. If it's not resolved I will file a claim on the USPS website- and I suppose we will have to cancel the Posh order if they are unable to locate. Thanks for being patient and again in sorry you didn't receive the shoes.

erockarita @123cookie Posh responded and is going to refund you for the purchase and shipping, AND me! I'm pleasantly surprised with their policies and fast responses without any hassle! I'm still waiting for the USPS to find the package if anything changes I will let you know- I'm considering that the shoes were my mailman/woman's size.

brettyc Hi @erockarita ! I just had a package go missing last week. I contacted Poshmark and I'm waiting on a response. I also contacted the USPS and I'm also waiting for a response from them in 1-2 business days. I see that poshmark refunded you and the seller, which is great:) But I was curious as to what the usps was able to do on their end. Any help/information you can offer would be greatly appreciated ♡Thanks!♡

erockarita @brettyc USPS never found the package and didn't do anything to help! I have no idea how they could just lose the package; unless it the box was destroyed and they couldn't identify anything on it maybe? Sorry, I hope this helps.
