egetz01 @mclatk1213 hello! I’m honestly unsure. However this could be taken to a leather spa and they would be able to treat the bag! A leather spa should be able to make the item look like new, however i don’t want to make any promises. I would try giving a local leather spa a call and see if they could!

mclatk1213 Thanks, just checking since the leather is red it may not blend the nicks out with just a conditioner. It may need the red leather dye
