USA Pottery Unmarked Glazed Pitcher Distinctive Design Swirls Holds +1 Liter

Please review each photograph provided as our pictures are always an important part of our descriptions. This item does have some flaws and the photos are major in explaining them.      I have seen similar pitchers described as being Shawnee and Mccoy. This particular item is unsigned but, due to the way the bottom is designed, I am about 99% sure this is USA. USA pottery did make both McCoy and Shawnee. This color is between teal and turquoise.      This piece does have some issues but some were made by the manufacturer and others from normal wear. Under the handle there is a very small chip for the paint has come off. The pottery itself is not chipped. Looking to the bottom left of the handle where it is bulbous, there is a mark that could be where paint gathered. It could also be purposeful but I have never before seen that mark. The bottom has scraping that is pointed out in the photograph. The spout also has some small areas that could be from either use or made during the manufacturing process.
