URBAN OUTFITTERS BLACK PLEATED MINI SKIRT

URBAN OUTFITTERS (Sparkle and Fade brand) black pleated skirt, over layer is pleated and sheer and underskirt is an inch or two shorter. I’m 5’2” and on me it hit about mid thigh (I also wore it high waisted) used but good condition!
