@kim_chisholm Hi Kim, yes, it will work for your 49mm apple watch band. Also, you can adjust the wrist size. I have very tiny wrist and it fits on the 2nd to smallest notch on the band up to a larger more meaty wrist lol if that makes sense! I hope this helps! Thank you for browsing!
