UO Silence + Noise Red Ruffle Tunic Dress

Beautiful dress for the holidays or special occasion! It’s just a tad short on me otherwise I wouldn’t be selling it. For reference, I’m 5’6.5” and usually wear a size 2 in dresses. It’s in excellent condition - no visible signs of any damage. Only ever hand washed and air dried.
