NWT. Romeo & Juliet Couture bell sleeve maxi romper dress from Urban Outfitters. Features a lined blouson top, floral rose pattern, bell sleeves, front slit, short romper with dress overlay, and open back with tie. This fits true to size in my opinion. I'm a solid medium, size 8, and 5'5" - the medium works perfect for me so I find these true to size in my opinion.
