UO Pins & Needles cut out floral maxi dress

This dress is adorable and so perfect for a summer vacation but tragically doesn’t fit me. I can usually wear a size 4 but this has no stretch so beware. Approx. measurements: 15.5” Length: 58” Waist: 13.5” Pre-owned (not by me - just bought it but doesn’t fit) and a couple of the snap buttons are missing near the top as shown in the photo. Not really noticeable at all!
