UO NWOT Skater Dress

Pretty purple yellow grey and green flowers on a sweet yellow/cream background. This dress is adorable with some attitude due to the strange adjustable straps and the silver hardware zipper. A line, but it is peplum right at the boobs and has adjustable strings to tie around the waist and accentuate it even more. Light silky material. I love it, but it's ideally meant for someone taller than me at 5'0. Size 8 but I'm a 0 and it's so adjustable and comfy it can fit anywhere from 0-8
