UO Maxi cutout dress

Love love love this adorable dress by Staring at Stars for Urban Outfitters. It’s got an opening cut out of the back where the semi sheer soft flowy fabric dances over your bare skin. Stretch elastic high waistband for comfort. Fully lined. Measurements in pictures. Also I’ve pictured a tear along the seam near the elastic waistband, but when the material falls over it it’s mostly covered. Imperfection reflected in the price. Thank you!
