UNIQUE VINTAGE PIECE

I do not know what this is or if their is a name for it. The “pendant” is free floating and stays in any spot I stop it on. There Is a clasp of sorts maybe it needs a loop on there for easier clasping. But it does fit over the chain nicely as is. Silver tone.
