14" tall ICE BUCKET Seems to be aluminum with a plastic insert in the bottom to catch melting ice. Top section opens with a beer stein-like thumb lever to put anything you might want to keep cool from the ice below. AWESOMELY UNIQUE! I believe it is vintage as well. Made in Italy.
