This adorable pleated skirt from UNIQLO is a soft jersey knit material and is fully lined with a nylon-like fabric - sorry, there's no tag in English so I'm not sure exactly what material. The color is a dusty rose/mauve and super versatile with many wardrobes. It is a Medium, but has a elastic waistband, so it fits me and I typically wear a Large. Hits me just below my knee.
