UNCUT Vintage 1960s Simplicity 8619 Sewing Pattern Girls Size 10 Large Flare Dress Size 10 ( Modern Size Girls XL or possibly womens XXS ): B- 28" W- 24" H- 30" From 1964 Girls One-Piece Dress: The bodice is dart-fitted featuring a wide collar and back button closing. Full skirt gathers to the bodice at waistline with a concealed opening in center back seam. V1 has baby doll sleeves. The collar and skirt are trimmed with lace edging. A ribbon sash is worn at the waistline. V2 is sleeveless. Outer edge of collar is scalloped in front, round in back. Lace medallions trim the dress. A self-fabric tie belt is worn at the waistline.
