Hi Audrey, Thanks or shopping my closet. The fabric in this top is not flannel. The fabric is 60% cotton and 40% polyester hand washable, cold water. The sleeves are 22 in length and armpit to armpit 24 inches front and 24 inches in back.

It is 23 inches in length with the lace. My height is 5' 7, and it do not come to my knee, but it is very long. The fabric is soft.

I measured and 23” just comes right below my waist & diffidently not a tunic ??? Ru sure that’s the right measurement? It seems really short looking at the top ? Please let me know? Ty
