What is the measurement across the chest?

The chest is 17" across, the length is 23" from shoulder to bottom edge and the arm is 23.5" from the shoulder seam to the end of cuff. The color is BEAUTIFUL

Yes it is. The term fleece probably isn't perfect as it's not like a Patagonia fleece, its much higher grade, closer to a velvety fleece material. It's the type of fabric that wouldn't pill. Hope this helps. It's a beautiful sweater.
