prettydawg @jaih2321 the item is NOT defective!!!!! When I send out my items I take pictures of them and I take video so it protects me from buyers that want to claim my items are defective. You have been difficult to deal with since you purchase the items. For instance you purchase that size then you turned around and said oh by the way I don’t need that size I need a size smaller. I couldn’t reverse the buy because the package went out!

I even came back and made another purchase. You have been the difficult one. I can send you pictures of the item. I cannot put thread into the shoe.
