snugg_wear @shay112026 Hi, people can make mistakes first of all, I don’t like to cancel orders and look extra careful before I actually do. I also really try to avoid them but It happens to every seller I know. Ive had orders cancelled by Macy’s, Amazon, Nordstrom’s...but I know it happens. That’s why they have the cancel option

snugg_wear @shay112026 yes they do. I know this because I often order from them and work with them on an ongoing basis and they then send me an emails letting me know my orders has been cancelled. Also I buy from Amazon like many people do, and they have cancelled orders also.

snugg_wear @shay112026 I have multiple of this item, I did cancel yours because I didn’t have that specific size. So I t does happen... I won’t try to argue my point further. Also I see you have like 3 items in your closet so I would like to see you run a store with 3000 plus items and see if you ever run into issue of inventory. It just happens, but clearly you don’t know that.
