These UGG Mini PVC clear plastic and black boots have been previously worn and are still in overall good condition! They show all over signs of normal wear including light dirt, creasing, and scuffs on the clear plastic outer shell. There are many of these scuffs on the PVC all over - especially on the insides of the boots.
