vanessabyington @nataliehartsoe is kit brand new with full bottles that were never used? If so would u accept reasonable offer? I was thinking $18. If u are so kind to accept this price it would b so great of u to actually edit listing n lower price to $18 when I hear back from u n u don't lower price until u know I'm ready to buy bc I. Was hoping to get discounted shipping price which sometimes gets offered when item has price drop of 10% or more
