UGG Australia classic tall boot chocolate shearling suede womens 7

This have been loved and are in fair condition. Please see all pictures. The outer suede is in fair condition with creases and fading. The binding on the front toe is fraying. The soles are worn smooth is places. The footbed has no shearling and needs a new insole. As bad as that all sounds, the outer suede and shearling lining the shaft have tons of life left. These are still comfortable, durable quality boots. For someone to resole and put a new insole they would be like new. I’m a size 7.5 and they fit fine so I think they fit size 7-7.5
