jhtnyc Good evening. Is this brand new, never been worn/used? Also, In some pics, the UGG label is clean but in another there are red marks on it - can you explain this please? Is the coat that is for sale have a red marked label? Also, kindly confirm that this sherpa pea coat is indeed navy blue color and not black. Many thanks - John Tucker

jhtnyc @marisales805 a mark on a removable tag or are you referring to the ugly red mark on the label at the neck - and how would that affect security? Is the red mark indellible or removable? I see where the red mark only appears on one of the coats photographed....why? Where do you ship from? Thank you - John Tucker

jhtnyc @marisales805 please answer my questions above my question about the color about the red marking on the label and where you ship from. UGG does not make a coat that is considered a mix of blue and black....the coat is either blue or it is black. Which is it, please??

miss_griffin BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not purchase from this seller as i purchased an ugg teddy coat from them and it SMELLS. COMPLETELY REEEEKS horribly of old lady church perfume... then when I complained she had the nerve to say that I was scamming... NO THE COAT STINKS!!!!!!!!!
