lyonsam198 @monkeyvball I don’t believe it is waterproof like gortex lining but it is water resistant. There are no rips, stains, fading etc. it’s in good shape from a non smoking home. There is no elastic at the hem and it is a little longer of a fit. My fiancé is an XL in everything and it fits him true to size. Let me know if I missed anything!
