Tye Dye High Neck Off the Shoulder Top

Hard to photograph this top and it doesn’t fit me so I can’t model it... so cute though and perfect for the beach or festivals! It has a high neckline with a clasp closure and keyhole opening on the back. It’s also off the shoulder and flowy. NWT never worn!
