Two skirts. Very light material

Two midi skirts one blue with yellow flowers, the other one brown and blue and beige the blue one is 96% cotton and 4% Lycra. The brown one does not have a tag with contents of material, but is kind of similar in texture. Both have elastic in the waist. And the waist is 15” . From a house that is smoke free.
