Two piece white iridescent skirt and cowl neck top

This skirt and cowl neck spaghetti strap top has never been worn. Its white but looks pink and teal in the sunlight. I’m willing to negotiate the price. I wear a size small and the dress is a large. It isn’t that big on me so it runs small.
