NWOT: Adorable two piece homecoming/party dress. 🌺 The top has a built in camisole under the lace overlay. The skirt has an under layer of tulle and a silky layer closest to the skin. The skirt length is 17.5” and the waist while lying flat is 15.5”. 🌺
