Two piece floral outfit. Waist is stretchy. Had shorts under the skirt overlay. The skirt opens in the front. The top has a zipper on the side. Ties in the front. The top is a crop top and the bottoms are high waisted. Never worn. Still has the tags. Would make a perfect beach vacation outfit! Size small top and bottom
