Two piece dress by Connect Apparel

I had the top altered because it was too big for me. The top is 29" wide and the skirt is 24" at the waist. The tag says it's a size 12 but again, I had it altered to a size 6. There is a zipper on the back of the top and skirt. Classy outfit.
