Two piece, belted caftan top

Sheer and sparkly blue, black, and silver caftan layers over the black spaghetti strap tank underneath. Both a medium. Tank attached to the caftan so no strap slippage! Belt is removable. Worn once. Size is medium but will easily fit like a large.
