jessicamarie565 @cbeville76 I would say mid-rise. I looked up the style # 39252 and didn't find that type of description. I will add pictures of the same pair on a model from online and a couple pics of my pair with measurements.

cbeville76 @jessicamarie565 Thank you! I will measure a pair of pants that I currently wear and see if the measurements match up. I do not have a body shaped for mid or high rise jeans and was hoping these 2nd pair would fit more like a low-rise style.
