Two pairs of miss me jeans

Miss me jeans Bought off posh, says they are 26 (on the left) and 25 (on the right) but they fit smaller than my other miss me 25, like 24. The inseam of one is 25 (the girl I bought from said they were low rise skinny) the inseam of the other says 31 but the girl I bought from said 28 and they are about 28 (boot), so they are shorter. Would fit a junior/teen or someone small
