Two colored knee length dress with belt

The top portion is a light blue, the skirt is a navy blue, and the belt/ bow is a pinkish red. The entire dress is a satin like material. The top is scrunched in the middle. The removable belt is held by pink threads attached to the dress. There is a very small smudge on the front( pictured); barely noticeable. A very light and comfortable piece.
