vspinkplusmore hi there. after I accepted the package on this app I noticed there was a defect with the silver lid. I don't know if it's a factory defect, but it's definitely noticeable. I'm so upset. these were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I have notified poshmark and sent pictures. I wish this defect was in the description of the listing. please help I'm your repeat customer 😫

lovebug2227 @vspinkplusmore I'm unaware of any defect, I never would have sent otherwise. I didn't notice anything when I put the lid back on after I took the straw out to ship. whats wrong with the lid exactly? I can do a return for it

vspinkplusmore @lovebug2227 part of the lid has glue to hold it together on the underside. and on the top side you can see it looks foggy from where the glue was placed. I submitted pictures for poshmark to look at. I wish there was a way to send you pictures to show what I'm describing

lovebug2227 @vspinkplusmore wow that sounds so weird. sorry I didn't notice anything wrong with the silver cup. I even inspected both cups before I packed them up. I'll wait until poshmark sends me the refund dispute & I'll be able to see the pictures in there. I'm not sure if poshmark will do a partial refund however & you may have to send both cups back & I can reship the pink one if you want to re purchase just that one after the refund goes through.
