Two Silver plated decorative dish /candle holders

Two silver plated decorative dishes one has a lifted pedestal and open metal design and scalloped edge it's got a made in England and Regis plate reg. etched on bottom. The other is a bowl design with grooves around rim of bowl and has F.B. Rogers on bottom. Both have some scratches and stuck on spots on one and need polishing. I used these as candle holders myself but they can be used for many purposes. Candles not included
