This is a bundle since they are almost identical. Both are pull-on with a little stretch. Black pair (16” W, inseam 31”, rise is 11”, hem is 10”) Navy pair has 2 gold buttons which give a nautical look ( 16” W, inseam 31”, riser 11”, hem is 10”). Both are slightly flared at bottom.
