Two Piece Halter Formal Floor Length Party Dress

Great formal in shimmery black fabric. Top is halter style, zips up the back and tastefully embellished with rhinestones. The skirt is a long bell shape. It’s got a whip stitch hem where I had to take it up an additional 1.5 inches, so you can add that to the length if needed. It will come down with a couple clips of the thread and a warm iron and you’ll never know it was there. When I wore this at 5’4” you didn’t see any midriff skin. It’s in excellent condition. I wore it on a cruise for formal night several years ago and it’s been in the closet ever since. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home. Thanks for shopping my closet!
