Two Pice Royal Blue Dress

Two pice royal blue dress. Lace up back on the top and slit to the hip on the long flowy skirt. Wore it to a wedding and it was a hit! The skirt was Super long though so I had it hemmed a few inches and it glides just above the floor with low heels. The skirt is cute to dress down as well with a tshirt and fun jewelry.
