@loretbro78 It's the Governor's place gates symbol which is stylized letters and the other is a Colonial English ornate pattern. Thank you for your interest!

@loretbro78 I forgot to mention that the one on the left is a stylized W, and M when turned upside down. It was for the king and queen, William and Mary. Also, this is the name of the university, which is physically located at the edge of Colonial Williamsburg.
