Both are 100% silk made in China. The black skirt is size M. The blue is size 10 and measures just slightly smaller. Both have partial elastic waist bands. Black is unlined with zipper closure. Blue is fully lined also with zip closure. Both are preowned in good condition Smoke/pet free
